UFO # 4 - Tube Quilt for Sally

This is #1 on my UFO's listed earlier this year

and I finished it in January so it could be posted over to England for a SIL's 50th birthday/30th Wedding anniversary

I used a Jelly Roll in Portabello Market for the blocks ...

Some detail of the quilting.... I used a variegated thread.... four leaves at each block and concentric petals at the sides... and feathers for the borders....

a pretty label

I love this backing fabric.....

I hope this keeps Sally snug - they are having some very cold weather

My most favourite fabric range to date. I have Layer cake, jelly roll and yardage but can't cut into it yet. One day perhaps.
Your quilt is beautiful.
If Sally does not like it please send it my way ;-)
