My First for 2013

So far 2013 hasn't been a terrific start for me.  I have been sick and it has been unbearably hot but today sitting in the cool of the air conditioning, I decided enough was enough, and I had to make a start on completing some projects.

I bought this little kit when I was at the last Brisbane Quilt Show and knew I could manage it in just a few short hours.

I am so thrilled with how it turned out and it is so nice to cross something off my list..  I will definitely  be making some more of these.
