This one is such a wonderful pattern called; Easy Does It and it takes only 9 fat quarters plus fabric for the back and binding. I love the colors in this one and I quilted it with long straight seams spaced evenly across the width of the fabric and then I tied it off with silk ribbon and cotton crochet thread.
The unique thing about this quilt is that it is double batted because I am donating it to a homeless person in our area as the temperatures are dropping and I can't stand the th0ught that someone is cold.
Another one is waiting, so need to run, finishing quilts is so much fun!

Finish # 10...my last for 2011
It has been ages since I have been able to post a UFO finish. But here it is....I finished hand quilting and binding Harry Potter today....That leaves me with 2 scrappy quilt tops left from my UFO list..but they will not be done this year; I am afraid...
Until after New Years; I will not be hand quilting...too many other things to do for the next few weeks. And my fingers need a rest..lol. After the holidays; I have 2 commissioned quilts to quilt for ladies. So I will be back at it again....maybe I'll get to practice some FMQ in the meantime....I hope.
I didn't take a picture of the back of the quilt; sorry, I forgot...but it is solid dark blue. This quilt measures 55"x65"...just a small one. Now it is going on my website for sale. Take care; have a great day.....

3 more finishes
I started these Christmas table runners over 2 years ago now and I have finally finished them!!
One I have kept for me and one to my MIL and the other one to my daughter.
They look similar but each panel is different and I can't remember where I got them from now. Too long ago lol.
So thats another 3 finishes for me.
Hugs to all.....

A quilt is finished....I think this one makes it No. 4
I made some of these blocks when Rachel Griffith had a Pin Wheel quilt along and the other blocks are from the Mystery Sampler BOM from the Craft Forum. I decided to put them all together as I wanted a bigger quilt. This will fit nicely on a single bed or just great for snuggling up under.
This one I machine quilted it by meandering all over it. Seems to be the easy method for me at the moment with my quilts. Might venture out and try a more complex machine quilting soon.
I have another quilt top waiting for me to machine quilt it and then that will be another finish.
Have a great week everyone and hugs to all...
