It's finally finished

This quilt that I have just finished is my oldest UFO.  I started making it in 1995.  It was at flimsy stage when I took time out from everything to care for my Dad for 9 months.  Because I was running a craft group which I went back to after his death, I had to move on to other things and keep up with samples, notes, sourcing projects and materials etc. I just didnt get back to finishing it .

Sometimes it is the ones that have been sitting for the longest time that seem to be hardest to go back to.

Two Finishes!!

I forgot to post this earlier but I finished my aqua red quilt in February!

You will notice the fourth square is a little smaller than the others... I was lazy and chose not to remake it... but that's okay... I still like it :)

For this one I used Michael Miller Aqua Red Fabrics. It measures 53 x 62.

Next up is my March Finish...

For this one I used not so straight line quilting :)
Ruby and Marmalade were used for this quilt. It measures 66 x 69.5 inches.

Thanks for stopping in!!
