I know some of you are eagerly awaiting the next BOM block for your finishes after seeing sneaky peeks of a matching applique pattern on my blog……and yes, the stitchery IS finished and ready to go…….however, it has been brought to my attention that it may have some copyright issues…..as being an Aussie slouch hat, I’ve incorporated the Rising Sun Badge which may be a ‘no-no’! *eek*
Just seeking clarification on it before I send it out to those of you with finishes. As soon as I’ve heard, if I have to, I’ll make modifications and it will be on its way to you!

hmmmm... I wouldn't have thought of that. I guess I presumed the rising sun is like the Australian flag - an Australian symbol.
Hmmmm.... I would have just presumed it was like the flag etc also - best to check tho!
DH loves your wall hanging and said you did a great job of the "Rising Sun Badge" even if it is a No No....
