This was started last year also. The paper pieced border was part of Fee's project from our Lets Get Stitched weekend in Tasmania. At this link you can see the project she designed for us. I used the idea of the frame to border the centre section of this table topper.
Just a little finish. I started this mug rug as a gift for Christmas 2011, intending to put it with a green spot mug. The green mugs had sold out, so I ended up with a different colour, and made another mug rug to match it. I thought it was time to finish off this one, and have added it to my Birthday stash.

My goodness Marilyn, you ARE a machine!!!! power on sweety!!!! LOL I wish I'd known you were doing a Batman quilt....I have a fair bit of Batman fabric still left over from the one I made a few years ago with nothing I can use it for!!!! Never mind! Love yours and your Fee design is beautiful too.......still love those green spots....but spots are a fave of mine!!!!
